Special or Custom Designed Instruments
SurgiDoc welcomes the opportunity to manufacture instruments that are currently available but are desired in an alternative tip/-handle selection or belong to special school of pattern. We produce custom-designed instruments at your request as well. Please send us an actual sample and/or a detailed written description that includes all dimensions and measurements.
SurgiDoc Guarantee
Any product that fails within the expected lifetime of an instrument as a result of material defect or poor workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no charge. As a service, we also offer sharpening, repair or reworking of instruments. The SurgiDoc customer service will be pleased to support and consult you in this regard.
We cannot be held responsible for the performance or replacement of any instrument that has been tampered with, modified or refitted in any manner.
Special or Custom Designed Instruments
Instruments can only be ordered through our authorized dealer. Your surgical dealer will take your order and ship the products to you.
